Silver Sands Residences is the working name some listing sites use for a planned oceanfront condominium on the former Silver Sands Beach Resort site at 301 Ocean Drive. Terra and Fortune International Group bought the roughly 3.8-acre site in April 2025 for a reported $205 million, a record for the island. The approved plan is for 56 residences in a 13-story building (one report says 14) with 221 underground parking spaces, designed by Touzet Studio with landscape design by Raymond Jungles. No official building name has been announced.
Construction was estimated to begin in late 2026, and a challenge to the approval by a nearby penthouse owner was reported; we have not confirmed its outcome.
