About The Residences at 1428 Brickell
Developed by Ytech · Designed by ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio & Patricia Viel), with Arquitectonica as architect of record and ArquitectonicaGEO for landscape
The Residences at 1428 Brickell is a 70-story tower on Brickell Avenue, developed by Ytech and designed by Italian firm ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel), with Arquitectonica serving as architect of record and ArquitectonicaGEO handling landscape. It’s a notably small-unit-count tower for its height — 189 residences total, apartments from roughly 1,830 to 3,980 sq ft plus penthouses up to 10,000 sq ft. A distinguishing feature: it’s designed to be the first residential building in the world powered in part by solar energy, with over 500 photovoltaic-integrated glass panels on the west facade. Ytech secured a $565M construction loan for the project in late 2025.
