About Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami
Developed by PMG (Property Markets Group) & Greybrook · Designed by Carlos Ott (conceptual design), Sieger Suarez (architectural design), BAMO (interiors)
Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami sits in Downtown Miami, at the mouth of the Miami River — immediately north of the bridge that marks Brickell’s actual boundary. It’s close enough to Brickell’s financial core that it sometimes gets marketed under that name, but its real address and its own MLS listings place it in Downtown.
As with all pre-construction listings on this site, we don’t publish a price — pricing is set by the developer and changes release to release. Contact us directly for current terms.
The tower was conceptually designed by Carlos Ott with Sieger Suarez handling architectural design and BAMO leading interiors, developed by PMG and Greybrook Realty Partners in partnership with Hilton. At 1,049 feet and 100 stories — nine spiraling, offset glass cubes — it’s the tallest residential and hospitality building south of New York City. The lower three cubes hold the 205-room Waldorf Astoria hotel; the upper six hold 360 residences.
What Carlos Says
This sits in Downtown Miami, not Brickell -- it's right at the mouth of the Miami River, north of the bridge that marks Brickell's actual boundary, even though it sometimes gets marketed as Brickell because it's so close. As with any pre-construction purchase, verify current pricing, developer terms, and delivery timeline directly with us -- we deliberately don't post a price on pre-construction pages since it changes release to release.

Is Waldorf Astoria Residences in Brickell or Downtown Miami?
It's in Downtown Miami -- at the mouth of the Miami River, immediately north of the bridge that separates Downtown from Brickell. What does Waldorf Astoria branding include for residents?
Typically hotel-level services -- concierge, housekeeping, room service, spa and wellness access -- coordinated through the hotel operator. Specific service terms and fees are set by the developer/hotel operator and should be confirmed directly, not assumed from the brand name alone.
